We know you depend on us to create the hybrid sandals, sneakers and boots that keep you and your family comfortable and safe outside and at work.  We support all KEEN products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the confirmed date of purchase.

What does it cover?

Defects in material and workmanship are original, unaltered, and unmodified for one year from the date of purchase

What's not covered?

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or natural damage to the material over time, including non-fit or comfort issues is beyond our 30 day return  policy . 
  • Products obtained from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources — such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional products, and final sales/warehouse sales

How does it work?

File a warranty claim with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or credit card statement with disguised personal info) showing the date of purchase.  If your claim is accepted, you will receive a product voucher equal to the original purchase price for use on www.keenfootwear.com or a replacement product (same or comparable) at KEEN's discretion.   Note:  If you purchased directly through a retailer, you may want to contact them. In most cases, the retailer can assist you.)


1) Gather all the necessary information

    • Product tag number or style name
    • Color
    • Men, women or children?
    • Defective description/photo
    • Date and place of purchase (attach picture of receipt)

2) Complete the online claim form and submit it

3) Our team will review your claim and reply within 7-10 working days

additional details

  • Approved warranty products are replaced at KEEN's discretion.
  • All KEEN warranty decisions are final.
  • KEEN shall not be liable for any costs, or damages, incurred due to lost use of the product.
  • All cash refunds must be obtained through the original purchaser.
